Sorry

Sorry that I haven't been blogging lately, its just that I have been so busy over the summer in Maryland and all other things going on. Plus, I don't really like to read much over the summer anyway, although I did start a book: Mr. Popper's Penguins. I got about hmm almost halfway but then I didnt get much peace and quiet because of my little crazy cousins, but the peace and quiet I did get, well I was using that to play Youker. ( sorry if that is spelled wrong )

I did get started on a new book called: The Cellar, and really I do not like it at all I am going to take it back and get a better book. Yeah at first I didn't really give it a chance but then I did and it is just really slow and nothing really is happening. It does look like it would be a good book though. Anyway, I do want to read a book that I am almost positive is going to be good because it is a sequal to my favorite book of all time: I Am Number Four. I am not sure if I can remember the name or not but I think it is called: The Power of Six. I really REALLY want to read that,and my grandma said she is going to get it and after she gets to read it she said that I could! Yay! Sooo excited! Oh, speaking of my grandma, you know how I said I Am Number Four is my favorite book of all time? Well, she apparently wasn't listening when I told her it was because when I came up to her one day and asked, "Hey, can I read I Am Number Four again?" she said, "Oh I don't have that anymore" and I said, "What?!" and she was like," Yeah, I gave it to Mrs. Tramper's class." (A teacher at my school) Boy was I mad.I mean yeah I am happy that all those... hmm whats the word? Ah yes! DELIGHTFUL little children get to read the book that was supposed to be given to me, but still! Anyway, enjoy the book children! Oh well, at least I got to read it right? Yea so as soon as I get a book going again I will blog about it and let you know. ;) Sorry again!

Brand New Emily

I finally finished the book and it was awesome! Im going to start over for the review. The author is Ginger Rue and this book is about a girl named Emily and she gets into trouble with the 3 snobiest girls in all of the middle school. Heatherly is kind of the leader and her followers are Meredith and Alexa. Anyway the girls think she ratted them out (which she didn't) and they have been making her life horrible in school and nobody likes her or will talk to her. This famous "teen celebrity" who everyone likes is coming to shoot a movie there and they are looking for someone to put a review in the paper and she is a writer so she tries to be that person. When she leaves she left her notebook there and sneaks back on the set to get her book and hides when the people are walking in and overhears that the teen celebrity Colby Summers insn't a "teen celebrity". Her dad goes on a trip to New York and Emily gets to go with him and Noreen Wolfe is an agent and they found out she knows so they make a deal to get Emily popular. Brynn is her agent and comes back with her. They create something called brand Em and she gets really popular but eveyone gets confused and she might lose the guy she really likes and she has to fix it.

Brand New Emily

I'm am now reading a new book called Brand New Emily. I am just getting started with it and don't have the authors name yet but, I think it will be such a good book. I've been reading alot more lately because a great teacher has really inspired me. This book really reminds me of a book a teacher is reading aloud called Nerd Girls. Brand New Emily is about a girl who just moved to a new school and these three girls who are the most popular girls in the whole school are being really mean to her because they think she is the one getting them into trouble. Her life isn't going well at school. This really famous guy is the star of a movie and is in her new home town! She is a journalist and the people on the set are looking for someone to do a report on the movie and she really wants the job because she thinks that it will help her. She goes to the interview and discovers this teen star isn't who everyone thinks he is.
    
                                                                                                                  

I Am Number Four

I Am Number Four is the best book I have ever read! It has so much detail. I could picture every word of it! It has so much action and the way they describe the main character is awsome! I can picture him very well. After reading the book I decided to watch the movie, and to be honest....I was so disapointed! The movie was horrible compared to the book. Did I expect to much? Anyway it is the best book in the world!!!!
